Adjustment to Price of Commercial Products in Malaysia

We sincerely thank you for your continued support and partnership.
Since 2020, the industry has witnessed sharp increases in the prices of raw materials such as steel, copper and aluminium, exacerbated by the pandemic. This has significantly driven up our business costs even after making every effort to drive cost reductions.
To maintain business viability, Johnson Controls Malaysia is implementing a price increase of 5 to 9 percent on Johnson Controls building technology solutions products, including parts and supplies, effective July 1, 2021.
We look forward to continuing to work together. Johnson Controls is committed to delivering high-quality products, backed with the best research and development, that will provide value to you and your stakeholders.
